I contacted Epic Games support and they couldn't help me. They said I should contact EA support 😁😁

I have contacted EA support and i get answer that it is known issue and they are working to solve it. They ask for patience and sorry for occured problem.

    @Gemerin nothing to do with wrc but did you try if any other game works ?

      I have tried also SW Battlefront II and IT works fine
