Es demasiado molesto ver que mostrándoles las pruebas que mandaste P4C1F1C4D0R no me quieren ayudar, es de verdad demasiado molesto y una falta de respeto contra nosotros los usuarios que buscamos de manera honrada pagar por sus juegos.

I think EA should strongly consider offering redeem codes to affected players as a temporary solution. This would allow those of us stuck with this issue to activate the game directly in the EA App and bypass the problematic account linking with Epic Games.
It's frustrating to wait this long without access to a game we've paid for. A redeem code workaround would show goodwill and help rebuild trust while the underlying issue is being resolved. I hope EA rethinks their approach and takes action soon—delaying further only adds to the dissatisfaction.

Today I contacted Epic Games support again. I told them that nothing has happened from EA for over a week. They said that since it's not their game they can't help me. All they offered me was a refund. So nothing from them either. I'm starting to get really angry.

Any updates? This post is over 2 weeks old and we have no recent updates. It was already resolved on another EA forum and the solution was to provide codes for the base game.

Please get back to us with a response. The weekend is approaching and I believe that many are hoping to use their free time to play. The wait for a response and the silence from Community Mannager and EA is very frustrating. Enough time has been given to get us an answer.
Also, did these problems happen to people only on the EPIC platform or purchasing through Steam, EA App or others as well?
