Just to add, compensation for the inconvenience might be provided by the Studio after finalizing investigating this matter. If confirmed to be applied, it will be automatically rolled out for all eligible fans, right upon fully resolving the issue."

i got the same exact message.starting to thing we just got scammed and maybe will be fixed the next year :D
it's amazing how a multi-million dollar company can't solve a problem that they themselves created (they take days and don't even give satisfaction to those who paid to have a product or i think it can be called just and not downloadable issue)
