"Please follow the steps to clean boot the PC once :-
1. Open the Start menu and search for msconfig.
2. Click on System Configuration.
3. Click the Services tab.
4. Check the box to Hide all Microsoft Services, then click the Disable All button.
5. Click on the Startup tab, then click on Open Task Manager.
6. It can take a few seconds for the Task Manager list to load.
7. Click each of the Startup programs in the list then click the Disable button.
8. Close the Task Manager window.
9. Click OK on the System Configuration window to save your changes, then restart your computer.
10. Once you restart your computer, try launching your game again."
EA support sent me this today. Maybe it will help, maybe not. I'll try it at home this afternoon. But when I asked why someone hasn't shared these procedures here for a long time, they told me that I can share it on the forum 😁😁😁 Really terrible attitude and zero help. If I hadn't contacted them for about the fifth time, no one would have heard back.

- majkbohy10 months agoSeasoned Rookie"Hold down the Windows Key and press X (Or you can search CMD on windows searchbar). Click Command Prompt (Admin). When the command prompt opens, type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter. Type ipconfig /registerdns and press Enter. Type ipconfig /release and press Enter. Type ipconfig /renew and press Enter. Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter. Reboot your computer." These steps they send me at 8.1.2025. But this didn't work for me. Maybe it will help to someone.
