Please get back to us with a response. The weekend is approaching and I believe that many are hoping to use their free time to play. The wait for a response and the silence from Community Mannager and EA is very frustrating. Enough time has been given to get us an answer.

Also, did these problems happen to people only on the EPIC platform or purchasing through Steam, EA App or others as well?

@marutex EA confirmed, that it is happened only to Epic users.. If you buy it from EA app it work. But there it is more espensive.
