EA confirmed to me that the base game is not available on the account, but they still refused to confirm that the problem was on their side and said that I didn't buy the base game. They terminated my service and said they had no solution. Even though I shared the purchase receipt with my email to prove it. They suggested I refund the game, but unfortunately it's not possible because I played the game through the XBOX game pass and that counted as hours for EPIC.
@marutexI would be ashamed to tell you that you did not buy the base game, WRC 24 is a pack of base game plus expansions!

@P4C1F1C4D0R Exactly, the base game is included. So much so that it appears in my EPIC library and the link you sent mentions the base game. I highlighted it in the photo to see.
It's true, it's a shame they don't know what they're selling. I was still treated as if I was trying to trick them by asking for a key. I had already heard about EA's fame and that people didn't like that they took over the game. Now I see why.
