On December 28, 2024 I bought EA WRC 24 via the Epic games app, but when I click "install" I and the EA app opens, it immediatelly pop an error message saying I don't have access to install the game since it was bought by another account. I only have one Epic account and one EA account and they are both linked. I've been in touch with the EA support 14 times and tried everything they suggested. Nothing works. Now they gave up and asked me to put my issue here instead.
There also seams to be an issue registering this post, because if I try through Microsoft Edge, I get a big form with lots of questions, but non of the mandatory dropdowns work. Now when using Google Crome instead, there is no form (just this messagebox).
This is a known global issue that has been going on for almost a month now. EA is supposedly aware of the issue and is working on a fix, but when they will fix it is unknown.
