Launch issue "The title may have beed downloaded to your device by another user"

Hello, I have a problem with EA Sports WRC 24 game installation. I bought EA SPORTS WRC 24 game on Epic Games Store and when I try to install it, then EA App opens up and gives me this error:

"The title may have beed downloaded to your device by another user who owns the game. Log in to differrent account or restart the app to try again.".

Epic Games Account which I bought the game from is linked to the right EA Account. How can I solve this problem? I tried to reinstall EA App etc, but nothing helps. Thanks in advance!

    EA_Groguet  The problem is not with EPIC, it is clearly on EA's side because the game appears on EPIC. It is very irresponsible to want to blame others. Talk to your superiors to give you support. This problem has been going on for a long time and you, as a community manager, are not making us in the community feel heard and understood.

    I asked and get immediately refunded by EPIC and draw my own conclusions, as of now all EA games are banished from my PC, this saves me some precious GB for more respectful editor's products and same goes for the cumbersome EA app and I will continue to have fun with WRC Generations. Call close.
