Logitech g29 Extreme stiffness and no FFB

Just some backstory, I downloaded the game on release and started playing, everything working as normal with my logitech g29, pedals and shifter. Played for a few hours on multiple occasions over 2 days. Last night booted up the game went into a stage and as soon as im in the stage and the "FFB" turns on (since in the menus the wheel is light) it becomes super stiff and almost like grinding the gear (I can hear it making a noise when turning the wheel) and when im driving the wheel barely moves with the car's wheels and again its super stiff and I can hear the gear making an almost grinding noise. Seems like something with the FFB data that the game is sending to the wheel may be the issue. Just for testing I tried the same exact setup on dirt rally 2.0 and everything work perfectly. I have tried a few different fixes like re installing the GHUB and drivers for the wheel and power cycling the wheel. The only game that has this issue is WRC and it worked fine just yesterday. Any suggestions would be helpful and appreciated!!
