Logitech G923 Wheel not recognised on Xbox Series X

On Xbox, the steering wheel is not recognised and doesnt appear in the controller list. I can use the wheel fine in other games, eg Forza, F1 22, but in WRC the wheel doesnt show up.

I'm not sure what actions to take. I've done extensive searches in the usual places but no one is reporting that their wheel isnt being recognised..

@amx109109 It is noted that update 1.4.0 had been deployed to all version of the game. Is the wheel detectable and usable after the update?

There has been an issue since launch that the force shifter with the G923 on xbox does not work. It works on all other games and is an issue it seems with all people using this setup.
Could EA finally look into resolving this problem please?

@H2ODre Do you stil have an issue with the shifter? Are there any fixes you know of?

I haven't been playing that much to be honest as i was so annoyed with not being able to consistently use the shifter as a handbrake. However, quitting the game, unplugging the wheel, plugging it back in and restarting the game fixes the issue temporarily. I havent played it enough to know if it still bugs out, in the past, i had to do this every time the shifter didn't recognize. So i stopped playing.
