Multiplayer tires not resetting wear after changing tires

Tire wear in multiplayer accumulates without resetting when new tires are replaced.

In addition, the following problems remain in multiplayer.

Some people are unable to play multiplayer due to bad connections.

The bugs are so bad that multiplayer isn't possible.When playing with friends, an error occurs almost every time, so we can't play together.Please fix this as soon as possible.
