Not possible to add the game to the library on PS

I think the WRC game was added to the EA Play library yesterday, however, on PS Store it is not possible to neither add the game to the library nor buy. I think it’s a general problem which needs fix because even when I log out, the game stays as “unavailable to purchase”.
