[Old Report] 63 FPS Cap with Fanatec CSL Elite Pedals

Hello, I have a Logitech G29 Wheel and I use CSL Elite Pedals via USB adapter. I have been scratching my head since launch as my GPU and CPU utilisation has been low while only outputting 63fps...

I have tried multiple USB ports and the same issue still sadly.

Same pedals, same problem, exact same fps limit. Also reported here https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/Amount-of-input-devices-affects-frame-rate/m-p/13163984#M859
Seems to be an issue between the game and the fanatec usb drivers

@Spriceez I I know someone, who also has the same problem with Fanatec V3 pedal.
