[Old Report] 63 FPS Cap with Fanatec CSL Elite Pedals

Hello, I have a Logitech G29 Wheel and I use CSL Elite Pedals via USB adapter. I have been scratching my head since launch as my GPU and CPU utilisation has been low while only outputting 63fps...

Once again, after this update I am still experiencing the same issue with the FPS being capped at 63. Was hoping to enjoy the game after seeing the patch notes.

At first It seemed the patch didn't do anything, but after deleting my custom engine.ini I went from about 62 FPS to about 78 FPS

  @SaxOHare Fanatec V3 pedal when is unplugged, fps goes from 90fps to 140+.
  C'mon EA, we need a fix!
