[Old Report] 63 FPS Cap with Fanatec CSL Elite Pedals

Hello, I have a Logitech G29 Wheel and I use CSL Elite Pedals via USB adapter. I have been scratching my head since launch as my GPU and CPU utilisation has been low while only outputting 63fps...

I also have this problem. I am using Thrustmaster TX + Fanatec CSL Elite v2 via USB. Tried different ports and all but issue persists. When I plug pedals in I have capped 83 fps in game, in menu I have 120 lol. After unpluging I have 100 fps in game. It is a joke game. It runs terrible which is funny because it looks terrible too...
