[Old Report] Low GPU Usage and Framerate - WRC - DLSS no change

Stutters on initial track run, texture loading and compiling aside, I am concerned with the low GPU usage and framerate.  When running on a 4090 on max settings I get 60-70% GPU usage causing frame...

Not sure why you have better luck, maybe you are running an older driver?

Can you upload your DXDIAG or at least reply your driver version??

I just updated the Nvidia driver today as i heard it improved the stuttering. 

It doesn't 🤣

But the update made no difference to my frame rates. 

I'm still on 140ish with a mix of settings.
