[Old Report] Low GPU Usage and Framerate - WRC - DLSS no change

Stutters on initial track run, texture loading and compiling aside, I am concerned with the low GPU usage and framerate. When running on a 4090 on max settings I get 60-70% GPU usage causing frame...

Hey Everyone

As this thread is a bit older, and new updates have been pushed, I can see it's taking a turn and getting off-topic.

If you run into any further issues please create a new thread or add your information to an existing thread so that we can begin tracking accordingly! I can see there are quite a few threads based on the update. Please post your issue and any relevant info on those threads for us so that we can start tracking these.
