[PC] 63 FPS Cap with Fanatec CSL Elite Pedals

As far as i know this was happening since the start and yes it is happening now

Don't know if this is relevant but every time i click on the Fanatec V3 pedals in EA WRC control options, one selection is to make primary device.

    Still no change for me.
    With pedals plugged into PC via USB i get a 83 fps cap. During the same run i unplug the pedals and it jumps up to 120
