Yeah, same problem here with Fanatec Club Sport V3 pedals. I have an RTX-2080 and get only 65fps with the pedals connected. Disconnect the pedals and I get over 120fps. I have no issues with other sims like DiRT Rally 1 & 2, RaceRoom, AC, ACC and AMS2.

@PascalHier Set your wheel rotation to 540 or lower then calibrate the wheel in game. Driver arms animation keep up with real world animations up to 540 wheel rotation.
thanks, but I had to uninstall WRC and remove all the WRC related files and folders, then reinstalled and now it's working again
