[PC] Bad Audio Distortion

Here is my dxdiag file result.  

@LabPong Thank you. Below is what i found and suggestions I would start with and see if these make a difference. For me, I always start from scratch so I uninstall the game first and delete any and all temp files and cache, etc.

• Uninstall game
• EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)

1. **RADAR_PRE_LEAK_64**: This error is typically related to memory leaks. The applications mentioned in the file are dirtrally2.exe, firefox.exe, steamwebhelper.exe, and Le Mans Ultimate.exe. I would recommend repairing or reinstalling these to lessen the issues.

2. **APPCRASH**: This error typically indicates that a certain application has crashed. The apps mentioned here are Explorer.EXE, Paint Shop Pro 9.exe, and Microsoft.Windows.ShellExperienceHost

3. **BEX**: This error means that a buffer, a temporary storage area for data, has been filled beyond its capacity and the extra data is overflowing into adjacent storage or overwriting other information. This error occurred with the Paint Shop Pro 9.exe

Next Steps to be taken

Delete Windows Temp Files

• First, make sure you close as many programs as you can
• Press the Windows key + R, go into the file explorer
• Type in %temp%, and hit Enter
• Delete everything it allows you to delete
• Reboot the PC

Optional Registry clean-up

• install CCleaner (it's free) from here
• Run Registry cleaner
• Click review selected issues
• Do you want to back up? No
• Click Fix all selected issues

PC Steps

• Run the System File Checker tool
• Check for Windows
• Check for GPU updates
• Update all (Realtek(R) Audio) drivers
