I saw that Patch 1.6.0 made some performance improvements and was hoping that Rally Mediterraneo would get some as well but since because there was nothing, I decided to make a post here.Added three 3 very self explanatory pictures different stages of Rally Mediterraneo, all getting very jarring FPS drops. All recordings were done on Medium settings, cinematic AA, 8x anisotropic filtering at 1080p with no upscaling. PC specs are in the pictures.I don't really believe that the FPS drops come from arriving at specific locations. In Maririe stage the framerate drops as you approach the village and stays constantly low but in other stages you can start in the village and the FPS is good but then drops off as you drive later into the stage. Capannace was especially bad because when the FPS drops it doesn't stay constant but rather keeps jumping up and down which also changes the input lag and throws you completely off balance. Hopefully something can be done about this.

A lot of stages I start with 100 FPS and end the stage with 100 FPS But on a lot of longer stages I lose as much as 50-60% by the end of the stage. As you see, with my invidia 4070ti i don't have any noticeable drop in fps but all those downwards spike that you see in the graph is every time the game freeze for a very short moment during special stages, happen in every stage and with every car

I am looking at every patch note and discussion when a new update is released if it's solved so I can repurchase the game!

Still an issue in 1.7 though I seem to only lose about 50% performance by the end of the stage rather than 60%

The 5800X3D might drop more since you are more GPU bound from the beginning, and when that GPU utilization drops you see it instantly in the CPU as well as it needs to work less.@SoloWingX yes, however this doesn't quite account for why the 5800X3D would get slower than the Ryzen 5 3600It's for sure a little strange and somewhat attached to the stage finish i believe, i just tested Maririe, The current EA WRC Weekly power stage and we see the performance drop near last sector as one approaches the towns which one would think is simply due to objects, geometry, shadows and shaders related to the village, however it's interesting to compare the performance of the reverse for the Maririe stage -Poggiola, which starts inside the town - performance is actually higher than that location in Maririe, with the drop appearing at the other end of the stage, again near the finish, although much later.Maririe before performance drop:Large version Maririe After Perf Drop: Large Version Poggiola before performance drop: Large Version Poggiola after performance drop: Large Version whilst my system has enough headroom to absorb this somewhat (just, it feels like lowering settings makes little diffference here) mid or lower spec hardware could be hit badly by this.

Hi overall the game runs smoothly but I stutter
in the final stage almost every stage (last 1 or 2 km) and fps drop up 30-40.

Chile 12 stage Chivilingo on jump (my gpu 99%-50 and by approx. drop 35-40 fps)
and until the end of the utilization stage in approx. 68% gpu and stuttering ☹️

I have the same problem.
Some stages like Mediterrano and Finland the FPS drops from 156 fps to like 80 fps all of a sudden in the last sector.
(2560x1440 - 144Hz Monitor)
Ryzen 5 5800x
RX6900xt
32GB Memory

I guess most don't have a problem?I tried the rtx 3070 ti for the test and there is no problem with the drop in gpu usage or fps!

@Rebl11 I have this exact same problem, you describe it well. I tried to set everything to very low and there is no difference. I thought it was my CPU that is a little old (i7 7700k), but apparently it doesn't matter.
