racenet stats not displaying

so im playing wrc for a few days now and when i go to check my stats on racenet there is none, it could be an issue with me playing on xbox cloud gaming but i wouldnt see how it would be an issue.

ea just says to contact the developers of codemasters (even tho they own them) but codemaster is usless as they dont want more work so they just removed the contact option.
