yes, there are no words in the dictionary of cultured people to describe the frustration after receiving this message - "save corrupted"
When the file first became corrupted on new profile 22.01.2024, then I received this message several times a day while playing quick play solo. So far, the method I described above worked and I was able to bypass the problem. Until today. While playing the championship, I was unable to save my progress because a message about a corrupted file kept appearing. I went through the loading screen several times and it was the same every time. So I left the championship without saving, then I went through a few time trials. Luckily, by some miracle, my liveries weren't wiped clean, but I'm not going back to quick play mode until it's definitely fixed. Im play with EA app, PC Win10.
TIP:
1. I also saw that the autosave file does not work from January 21, i.e. it does not update anywhere and the last date is January 21 before the first file corruption message appears (see attach). Maybe the problem lies somewhere in the lack of synchronization between the autosave and save files
2. The first message about file corruption always appears after crossing several countries in the created championship. Then it appears regularly several times a day (when I used the above workaround method). Maybe the problem lies in the size of the championship. I always create 16 countries and 12 stages. There is too many info to save or something.

is this forum dead and no one comes here to see what bugs people report?
EA/Codemasters, do you even know about this? I wrote several times, but no one even replied that the problem was known. I am writing here with myself because I want to draw strong attention to this and document all my observations. I hope this makes it somewhat easier to find this error. So far it only appears in quick play solo mode and I haven't noticed it anywhere else

i recorded short video where i show the "error" and a solution as not to wiped out own data (template, liveries, etc).The solution was also described here:
I described the details and my observations in this topic above. If you need additional information, then I'm happy to help. After the last file corruption, now the error appeared already on the second stage, when i continue my championship.

In the video I also showed how to do it so as not to lose your data (from 2:12). Just u have to do is go through any part of the game that has a loading screen. Then save working again. Otherwise when you exit the game after message about save corrupted, after restarting, you will have to create your profile again and you will lose your data
