[Steam] "Game Files missing or corrupt" crash to desktop

Every so often the game crashes to desktop with the error prompt "game files missing or corrupt check integrity of game files" in the middle of a rally.

It happens quite infrequently (about once every ~25 hours of gametime) but when it does, it's usually while I'm doing a club event, so it's very annoying.

The crash has happened in Estonia, Chile, Monte Carlo, and Kenya, so it does not seem to be related to a specific location.

So then i check integrity of game files in steam (no errors found) and re-install my GPU drivers. After that it runs fine for hours and hours.

My system is clean and stable, I have no overclocks, I have no crashes in any other games.

My spec: Windows 10, RTX 4070ti, I9 9900k 
I run the game in 1440p, with DLSS and GSync @ 100 FPS capped.
