Stuck with an EA account which is permabanned for reasons unknown

Guess I will post here too for better chance, the same post on steam: https://steamcommunity.com/app/1849250/discussions/0/3941272762729019314/

Registered my first EA account on Oct 31, linked it to my steam account then did a little bit of time trial and career mode that day, now 4 days later my account is disabled permanently, locking me out of leaderboards and moments.

As I registered that account with a temporary email address that I don't even remember, now I'm stuck with this permabanned account:

  • I cannot log in into the account because the email address is no longer there to receive confirmation code
  • I cannot check why I'm permabanned on EA's website
  • I cannot unlink my steam account from the EA account, and
  • the game does not allow me to log out of the current linked EA account

Does anyone have any idea how I can get out of this bizzare situation? Or at least check why the permaban is issued?

    Is it possible even though I do not remember the email address of my first EA account, which is linked to steam? One of the advisors I contacted over the last few days said clearly they cannot do anything unless I have the full exact email address of that account.
