Stuttering, framerate drops and even freezing...on XSX!

Oh my...this is unbelievable!

I'm just after Maririe stage in Mediterraneo rally with Polo GTI. When I got to the village at the end of the stage, the game dropped massively with framerate! I just kept banging around houses because i'ts UN-PLAY-ABLE!! I won't be surprised if it was barely above 30 fps!

I'm thinking about returning that game, when it arrives to me tomorrow. WHO TESTED IT?!
