Stuttering frequently on highest and lowest settings.

Will a shader compilation process be implemented soon? It's the one thing that may have an immediate impact, at least with the shader cache stutters common for most DX12 games that do not have a pre-...

Hey there,

The Game team is aware that there are some points where the game hitches or stutters and this is being investigated. Thank you for your report and your videos. I will give you more information as soon as I have an update.

How do I uninstall (Steam) the game so that all the settings I've made are also removed?

I'm thinking of trying to uninstall the game and then reinstall it once more.

I have soooo bad performance issues with Intel 10600K CPU + Asus RTX3080OC + Samsung 49” ultrawide (5120x1440)….

    Just wanted to offer a huge thanks to those members of the community advocating for us here; your efforts to diagnose and document this rubbish are seriously appreciated. Fwiw (just in case we see EA try to pin this on user hardware) I'm also seeing the exact issues described in this thread (plus many others) with the following specs:

    7800X3D
    7900xtx
    32GB RAM @ 6200mhz
    Samsung 990 Pro SSD

      Hey @UncleScunge, do you mind checking your GPU utilization? I also have an 7900xtx but with a 5800x3D and I see my GPU utilization running ~70% during a driving stage (it goes higher on menues).

      I'm curious about this while I know it's not related to the stuttering, I think I'm getting lower framerate than I should be. I've tried native resolution (3440x1440) and Also with FSR enabled. Let me know if you can check that as well, please. THANKS!

        @Aldo_Zampatti Sorry mate, I got a refund on the game in the end and played the superior Dirt Rally 2.0 instead. I have a feeling I was seeing 99% utilisation, but that's not overly reliable info. It's probably also worth noting that I was using SWRE to set the game across my triple screens (ie. 5760 wide).
        *If* EA patch all the issues and *if* I choose to buy it again, I'll gladly test it and let you know 🙂 but buying stuff that was knowingly released in a broken state is bad for everyone
