That won't solve it completely. You can rerun a stage and at the same points the game stutters because it is loading. UE Traversal Stutters.
Performance otherwise is good for me. I see 100% GPU usage on triple 1440p. 3090/13700k
My game crashes when I turn of texture streaming in the engine.ini so that doesn't help here.
Happened so many times, i am at a point where i am frightened to load up the game, i've been getting mad fps drops down to like 33 fps super laggy in menus like theres so much delay, sometime it happens just browsing menus, sometimes end of races, sometimes when alt and tab out of game and back in. Waiting for next update until i play again, when it crashes it black or grey screens and the full computer reboots itself. 😬

Same for me, stutters are back and as im using controller, i can not play the game until its fixed, beacuse the stuttering affects the steering input so mutch that its impossible to drive cause you dont know how mutch the car will turn, most of the time im off the track.
Beafore the last update it worked well.
It's a shame.. bought the game - experienced all this stuttering and then refunded the game over steam... i had fun when it worked, but with all that stutter mess i'm gonna use my 50 euros for something else.. :/
