Summarize your bug Still stuttering after 1.3.0 patch, and poor graphics.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just play the game on a PC. My setup is a MSI MAG X570s Tomahawk MAX WIFI motherboard, with a Ryzen 5 5500 CPU, 16 GB Ram, and a GTX1660ti GPU. The game is stored on Samsung 1TB 970 EVO Plus NVME SSD. The game is running at Low graphics quality, with Temporal upscaler on (Balanced) and V-Sync on (60Hz)
What happens when the bug occurs? It drops below 60 fps (55-54), and stutters. Graphics quality is poor, and it feels like you a playing Xpand Rally. Have noted that both upscalers make the image pixelly.
What do you expect to see? To be able to run at a smooth 60 fps, at medium with some parameters +/-.
The game in this state is not satisfying to play and becoming disappointing. I am finding myself gravitating back to DiRT Rally 2.0 more and more. Because of this I will miss out on the early access features, which I think is unfair as the game is not playable or enjoyable in this state.
Also, another issue is the colours on some events seem very bleached and affect detail and image quality.
