The issue Is PC players are cheating.. fog, snow, Rain disabled

So... If a game Is defined CROSS PLAY the PC version and console One should have the same settings. I know people on PC have to change settings to run the game properly but It s not our problem if their GPU isn t enough... They shouldn t be able to disable atmosferic agents such as fog, Rain, and snow..

So if you give em that possibility we should have the same cause Is a competitive game! It s like fifa buy One play with 11 players and the other start with 8. There s no game of a PC user can disable fog right? There s no game of a PC player can turn the night into a cloudy day by a * Nvidia pannel. 

Give clubs creators the possibility to see of someone disabled atmosferic agents. This game Is UNBALANCED, Is all PC sided ...

    I would like to point out that for PC players there is the possibility of deactivating the atmospheric effects, which is not possible on consoles. It would be appropriate, to allow everyone to race in the same conditions (I am referring to the events organized in the CLUBS), to deactivate this possibility (for those who have a PC) or to report it as happens for driving aids or for those who hide the ghost car (and therefore telemetry).
