Hey, are you still having this issue? I had something similar happen to me - I couldn't access any online features and the Clubs page showed that I wasn't part of any clubs (playing on Xbox). After performing a full stat reset (options menu, save management) I was able to regain access to everything. I had to figure it out myself, as EA Support was useless.
