Unnable to connect to EA

This weekend I'm getting a lot of "unable to connect to EA Servers", which never happened before.

I don't know if it's because of the last update made, or about those windows 10 errors that occured this weekend.

What happens is, after a stage, the time doesn't upload to EA Servers. I can give you an example:

On "untouchable" moment of this season, the first stage was not uploaded to EA, but the second was.

This means that, in a 14-15 minute moment (each stage agora 7 minutes), I have a 7:49 time on the leaderboard, which is only the second stage of that moment. (see attachments)

The first real time is currently on 11th place with a 14:55.

  • I've had the same problem in Moments since saturday the 20th until today. Starting to see a lot of those partial times on leaderboards as described above. Currently it's taking several attempts to get a time registered because of a failed EA server connection. Hopefully the problem will be fixed soon. Thanks!

    I also have this problem since the last update, very frustrating to be disconnected after a 20km special...
  • No, I don't have a solution so far.

    However, today was the first time I played in Clubs since the update and got no errors.

    Did 2 moments today and got no errors as well.

    @luismiguelsr91 I tried to change the DNS in my internet settings, I reinstalled the game, nothing worked. The disconnection problem persists. I noticed that this is random, great!
    And no one comes to our aid.
    disgusted.
  • As per my comment in Spooky’s post about this, the “unable to connect” in Moments happens for me if I’ve been in the Moment a fairly long time (very long stages or a lot of them) and I restart after finishing the last stage of the Moment because I didn’t get a gold. So… restart last stage after completing a Moment and after being in it quite a while to get to that point, get a better time on the final stage, get “unable to connect to EA servers” message and therefore lose your gold medal time. As mentioned, this is about the most fun killing/player trolling outcome possible. You guys really need to fix this bug ASAP. 

  • it is beyond me that a crucial gamebraking bug hasnt been fixed for a month now. the core of the game is to compete on the leaderboards. if you cant even submit your result thats just as bad as it can get. since the integration of anticheat its a gamble if your will be able to submit your result or get "Unnable to connect to EA" error.

  • I'm still having this error. Usually happens when I restart a moment. After a moment in Greece with 5 stages of this new season  where I made only one restart, getting this error after the last stage was very frustrating and need to do the 5 stages again. I stopped with moments because of this and I'm now focusing on career mode.

    EA just doesn´t give a sh** about us.

    I already sent tickets, talked to their support, nothing happened.

    The most frustrating situation was a chat with the customer support. The guy  just copy pasted solutions from a forum and literally asked the same questions twice. And it was NOT a robot. 

    Man no wonder that AI is taking over...

     

    By the way I have the problem now since months and it is not fixed.

    Thank you EA for a great time in the 90s and early 2000s, but what on earth happened to you?? Money driven and no more quality....
