What about 200km without service

I am writing on behalf of the members of the international Race Club, and we have a lot of questions about the rally that we go to study and to some extent test the possibilities of the rally game without service.
So, when creating 24 sites without a service (so far this is the limit) We found out that:

1. Even if you don't touch anything, the probability of getting 200-250 km is low -terminal comes from gearbox or engine lost
How can the driver influence the process? How do you determine which stage of critical or moderate you are at and what actions should you take to extend your work? Does the red zone of the tachometer or the more frequent shifting or braking of the gearbox affect it? What is the main factor? The same thing, what factor affects the engine, if you have never even driven with a red zone for all 150 km, then the engine check lights up, the turbine fails - really I just can't drive a whole working car for more than 150 km and everything breaks down? What is the simulation then?
2. Does the rubber go away for 30-50 km, but then nothing happens to it? Do the tires just behave the same way and nothing happens to them as with the engine and the box?
3. Naturally, for rallies like ours without service, I would like to be able to know at least at the red, yellow, orange level the condition of the car parts: is there any hope that this information will become available in telemetry (temperature, oil levels or something else, or just percentages)
4. Is there any hope that it will be possible to change not only the tire during the race, but, for example, to make light repairs, or top up the liquid? Of course, with a penalty time

We still have a lot of questions 🙂 but to begin with, I've already raised the limit for a beginner a little

Thank you in advance for your participation and the answers that many players are waiting for
