Wierd texture bug and wheel disconnecting

I encountered 2 things since the 2.2.1 patch. First is that wierd green flashing texture bug everywhere on a Monte Carlo stage (video attached). Second is my wheel keeps disconnecting every 10 mins or so. It disconnects for 5 seconds, then reconnects again, for no reason. It ruins any online runs. Never had a problem before 2.2.1.

Would appreciate a fast fix !
