Another topic with the same problem going on here:
Now EA_Groguet is asking us to talk to EPIC too, EPIC is telling us to ask for support from EA. We don't have support from anyone, but it's EA's problem because the base game appears in EPIC. Our community manager EA_Groguet practically abandoned us. It appears after more than 22 days and with the same message as always that the team is investigating. The problem has been going on for over 2 months and it is not possible that they are working on the problem, otherwise they would have already resolved it.

Hey there,
I just wanted to highlight that no one has abandoned you. Unfortunately, I don't have new info to bring you. This issue was escalated to the team and it is being investigated.
I understand your frustration and I know this is not an ideal situation. I'll come back as soon as I have something to share.

EA_GroguetUnfortunately, it's hard to believe that we're not abandoned considering that it's going to be 3 months since we've been able to play the game we paid to access. You never respond to us with a deadline or any answer that your customers can rest assured about. Just a vague response that you will get back to us when you have answers.
Please help your community, it's unfair what's happening that we're losing money like this.
