I am in the same boat :/
I was able to confirm with EA support that the issue, on their side, was that I am missing entitlement for the base game.
However, they can't do much more.
As we bought the game in Epic store, we need to ask Epic to grant us the base game.
My support request on Epic side is still in process, waiting from their answer.
So open a support request from Epic or chat with one of their representative to try to solve it.
I ll try to keep you posted if I manage to have it resolved.

I have the same problem
I talked to Epic as well and they told me that they're working on this problem and i have to be patience about it
they will have me informed of this issue, the same from EA, they tell me that it seems to be a back-end problem.
