WRC does not show up in games library

I preordered WRC and entered my activation code in the EA app. 

In a pop up window, it said "Code accepted", but after I clicked on "Confirm" to close the pop-up window, the game didn't show up in my games library. 

This happened a week ago and the support still has no solution for this (they just said it's a bug they're aware of)... 

I read in the EA Sports FC forum that players encountered the same problem in EA Sports FC (and that EA managed to solve it for some people), so is anyone else having the same problem with WRC?

Just want to finally play the game ☹️
