A bug is occurring where the “Raise Hell” Event pack cannot be purchased.

I purchased a pack, but it suddenly showed as cleared, and I could no longer buy the pack.
I tried reinstalling the client and verifying the game file integrity, but the issue persists and I'm unable to proceed.

I've highlighted the attachment with a yellow border.
The pack becomes unplayable when 20 items are drawn out of 25.
