Apex curfew

I am unable to play Apex during the period from 9 PM to 11 PM every night due to the inability to queue up players. It has been confirmed to be an account issue. The same computer device with a different account does not exhibit this issue. This has been ongoing for two weeks, greatly affecting my gameplay experience.
