Apex keeps crashing and can’t open it
My ps5 will not open apex on my main account that I use, many others are having this problem too after yesterdays update (may 13th 2026) not sure what’s going on but you open the game it flashes purp...
Ideas
I am having the same issue on Nintendo Switch 2. Today I signed in with another Nintendo Account and it let me open the game. Did we get banned by mistake? I checked my history of violations on the website EA and it says I am not banned.
