If you are unable to provide practical assistance, there is no need for you to hypocritically reply here. Those who have appealed know that the TOS Team almost does not have real person reviews, and they only use AI review tools to reject appeals in batches to evade their work and responsibility. No one wants your chatbot like replies, and your hero title seems very funny and ridiculous in the responses to these topics.

Rhodes_RedTone Contacting the EA TOS Team is the way to go since the EA Staff here cannot handle EA Account bans.

We can’t handle bans or appeals here. Please don't ask us to remove or review bans as it's not something we can take any action on.
Please check here for info on how to appeal/move forward in the case of a ban or action.

From what I understand, each ban is reviewed by a real person, (although they do use templates with their replies to help speed things along, (which may come off as being an AI bot reply)).

If there was other ways to appeal the ban, I would had mention it, however since bans can only be handled by the EA TOS Team, there is no other way to appeal the ban.
That being said, if you believe your ban was caused by a bug:
- Do you have any videos, screenshots, etc. that indicates as such?
- Are you using any 3rd party keyboards, mouse, controllers, etc.?
- Do you use any programs outside things such as Discord?

Matter of fact i do have a screenshot(would provide if asked) showing my Easy anti-cheat wasnt working (error 87)
i didnt know at the time but the gameplay was normal and nothing looked weird or worng, it was apparently broken or corrupted Chatgpt said.
I tried to repair the EAC but it wouldnt work so i deleted it and verified my apex files so i could re install it back safely , but that also didnt work.
so i just fully clean restarted my pc to deleted all my files i had so here we are now still waiting for my 6th appeal response and yes i did add the screenshot to the appeal and they still denied me.
Same thing happed to me after i got banned on apex. before i knew the main issue i played a diffrent game that runs with Easy anti-cheat, i was able to play one single game then the second one i got kicked out the match and a pop up showed that i was banned for 24 hours so i instantly knew it was something wrong with the EAC
I have never used cheats, hacks, macros, or unauthorized software's. So yes i think this was a false ban

Narrsicist Yeah, that does sound like the EAC is being weird, (which doesn't surprise me as sometimes it would still be running for Apex when I had switched to playing Fortnite for the day).

I personally don't like EAC as I've gotten errors before saying that the game "was not running the anti-cheat" on launch or randomly after a match, (which either forced me to restart the game or it had let me continue playing, (and I would always manually restart the game at that point as well)).

From what I understand, Error 87 usually means there was a conflict with Window's services, a corruption in the game's files, or a compatibility issue, (which the common fixes involved reinstalling the EAC, reinstalling the game, updating Windows, updating system drivers, etc. (but that doesn't always work).

With this, that sounds more like you are having a compatibility issue, so are you running any kind of anti-virus program, (other than Windows Defender), or anything that may interfere with the EAC? Is your PC running Windows 11? Do you have secure boot and other required settings enabled?

I think the original author is speaking the truth this being a bug. I downloaded my account data after the ban and my last matches all seem to be disconnecting but I don't remember if I was ever kicked out of a match.
I am attaching a screenshot of how it looks - My account was banned on Feb 20th. I first thought it was due to a new mouse I purchased but I think the disconnect issue seems to be true.Also I understand that forums can't handle bans, but this seems to be a legit bug, I'd really apperciate if you can raise it. Alot of people seem to be experiencing the same issue - I created a steam discussion where 4-5 people claim they've been banned for "Gameplay Enchancement"
