Battle Pass Issue

So back in season 21 of Apex, Just 1 season before the Battle Pass was split into 2 different battle passes per season,

Anyways before i got the battle pass i got too level 9 in that season and then i bought the pass and i ended that season at level 59. There was a few cosmetics i got that i use alot one being the Void Witch Catalyst Skin you would get at level 50

Fast Foward a year or so later it's season 29 and i go too check my badges and see my level is now 9, Which is what it was before i got the pass in season 21

I tried everything too see if it was a glitch which it is but it's not been fixed yet and i wonder if anyone else is or has had the same issue.

The skin means alot too me and i know it's just a skin but how would you feel if the progress just is gone.
