This seems to be a visual bug (you should still be receiving credit though it doesn't update), but we are currently investigating this and other similar event packs.

However I believe that it's not a visual bug, since if it was just visual I shouldn't have had a chance to roll the unrelated Mad Maggie and P2020 skins from the Penumbra Packs.
Since those rolls landed from what I believe on the first epic slot for the character skin and fourth epic slot for the gun skin for a second time on my 4th and 5th roll, the slots I'm referring to shown in Screenshot_1589, with the skins in specific shown in Screenshot_1586 and 2025-03-12 21-52-34 - Trim.mp4.
