Beast of Prey/Penumbra Pack "Collected" doesn't update or track opened packs.

I been having the same issue and it isn’t a visual bug. I still don’t have three items that were supposed to be guaranteed. It gave me items instead that weren’t in the pack because it thought I collected everything and wouldn’t let me get the rest even though says guaranteed 1 item per pack. Still never got stalker, painted death or sunsetter even when check everywhere on poses and skins.
