I grinded all the character challenges for Axle and unlocked her, opening her thematic packs and even purchasing one of her legendary skins with crafting mats and now I find I cannot play her anymore and have to buy her with Legend Tokens or Apex coins. If the challenges don't fully unlock the character then what is the point of them? Hoping this is just a bug that came out with the new update and it gets fixed soon.

I did all of the challenges for the new character AXLE season OVERCLOCKED and on May 19th I went to look at cosmetics for her and she was locked I know I unlocked her because it gave me the thematic pack so please EA give me axle back!
I am experiencing the exact same issue on PC (EA App). I finished all the Axle challenges before the reset, but the character remains locked. It seems like a synchronization bug.
Same problem here. I am pretty sure I unlocked it and even got the unlocking animation, but after the reset it simply disappears.
I completed every single one of the Axle unlocking challenges, and saw the unlocking animation after I completed the final one. However, after the challenge ends, my unlocked Axle character disappeared. I even opened an Axle case and earned an exclusive background for Axle. Now Axle is just locked on my end and says that I need to unlock it again using currencies.
it happened to me too and i thought it maybe was cause i didnt open the axle box, but i hope is just a bug and that i will unlock her anyways cause if not, it was a waste of time
When I opened the Axle pack after completing the challenge all I got was a skin and Axle was not unlocked
I had the same thing happen to me
they're greedy, you'll have to buy it through other methods
this happened to me to i did the challenges before she was locked and i booted up a couple min ago and she was locked.😒
