EA account progression lost

My Account level and all the progression got reset to level 0 ! 

I launched the game after 3-4 days and it asked me to re-link the ea account. When i did the said operation, my account progressions got lost and it's now a beginner account asking me to start with tutorial 

Please help FAST :)
