Game Force closes enter main screen

I have been facing a issue with trying to enter the main lobby screen once I click a button to get leave the title screen the news feed pops up with one or more pixelated/distorted picture and then proceeds to crash the game. Even trying to bypass it and hitting esc to close the news tab quick or clicking to go to another tab like friends list or settings if i were to return to the main lobby a single pixelated picture still shows and crashes.

I have been dealing with this for months and have done everything from performing a full PC wipe, all drivers updated, continuously clearing app data, repairing game files changing graphics settings and nothing seems to work. 

I have attached a screenshot of what it looks like before the crash. I do not receive any type of error code.
