Getting kicked during match loading screen and packet loss issues.

I keep getting kicked from matches with an error saying "Connection to server timed out [code:leaf]." Whether it's trios or ranked I get kicked while loading into a match and if not I often experience high packet loss despite having tested the WiFi for packet loss issues - to which nothing came up. This problem has persisted throughout the season and a couple of my friends have experienced it too.
