GPU usage 50-60% and low fps

Hello, I encountered a problem where my video card does not load APEX at 100%, 90%, or 95%, but only loads at 50-60%, and the processor does the same. But the problem is that with this behavior, my FPS dropped to 100-140 FPS, whereas it used to be around 170-200 FPS and the game seemed smooth. Now it lags and has low FPS. I don't know what caused this, my configuration. Motherboard Gigabyte B660M, DS3H, DDR4, 16 GB RAM, RTX 4060, i5-12400F. Previously, about 2-3 weeks ago, everything was fine. But over time, something changed and now my FPS has dropped specifically in APEX. Everything is fine in all other games, everything is stable, but there is a problem in APEX. I don't know what the problem is, can you please help me solve this problem? I really want to play and I've tried everything, rolled back the drivers, reinstalled the drivers, completely reinstalled Windows, did everything, but nothing helped.

  • Please help if anyone has encountered and solved this problem or knows how to solve it.

  • subject:  issues since the Season 27 update. I have attached a video showing the FPS drops.

Through monitoring, I've identified the root cause: a massive CPU bottleneck that did not exist before the patch.

    • My PC Specifications:
      • CPU: Intel Core i5-10400F
      • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060ti
      • RAM: 16GB
      • Storage: SSD
      • Driver: NVIDIA 552.44
    • The Problem:
      • Before Season 27: Stable 144 FPS, balanced CPU/GPU usage.
      • After Season 27: FPS drops to 30-40 before jump from plane and 80-90 in fights.
      • Key Finding: My CPU usage is consistently above 80% while my GPU usage is significantly lower, indicating a severe CPU bottleneck caused by the game's new code.

The problem is 100% with the game's optimization after the update.

I have the exact same problem except I had it even before the Season 27 update. Other users are reporting the same problem after the anti-cheat update in mid-October. It's 100% related to Apex because everything works fine for me in all other games.

  • I don't know what it's called exactly, but I was told on the Steam forum that it's not normal because it's loaded at more than 10, but it should be less than 10.

  • Been trying to find a solution to this but there is none its Apex Engine related.

Dont know if its LGA 1700 socket related but most people who are having this problem seem to be running with this in thier rig.
