Heirloom shard bug

Hello, I have contacted you guys numerous times advising the heirloom shards for my account was bugged and I have not receiving any and have been a day 1 player. Your customer services reps at EA kept trying to tell me there was no known issues and now I'm seeing MULTIPLE posts and articles advising this WAS a bug and that they fixed it on some accounts. Mine was not fixed I've spent hundreds of dollars on this game, playing 7 yrs and opened 1500+ packs easily. I kept getting disregarded because they "didn't" know of it which multiple people told me some accounts were effected by this bug.

Please actually look into this for me - Gamer tag on Apex is MrSavage512 I should have at least 3 minimum by now and dont..

I've used the trackers online I'm over 1500 packs open and only received 1 heirloom since the day the games came out and the one I got wasn't even a 500 pack heirloom it was just a random one..
I've heard many people tell them about this issue and they do nothing I play almost everyday for years and I know guys who just made accounts last year and got 3+ heirlooms already I know multiple day one guys with the same issue

There was a recent issue with pack count. But that only affected a very few players and has been resolved.

After a thorough review of the situation, see the below announcement for more details.

The free shards are granted automatically, and unfortunatly there's no way to check the count manually.

I keep a manual count on a note on my phone, currently 207 of the 500.
